Terms of Service
Last updated: May 22, 2026
1. Who we are
These terms govern your use of the Grace & Sinew service, operated by Grace & Sinew ("Grace & Sinew", "we", "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using the service you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. The service
Grace & Sinew is a private, web-based tracker that helps women log weekly nutrition, hormone and cycle data, and wellness metrics such as sleep, HRV, and mood. The service is informational only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified clinician about your health.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service. In particular you must not:
- use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
- send spam, malware, or otherwise interfere with the security or integrity of the service;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
- probe, scan, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its underlying infrastructure.
5. Intellectual property
Grace & Sinew, including its software, design, content, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for personal, non-commercial use within your chosen plan. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or circumvent any technical limits of the service.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the personal health data and other content you put into the service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and provide the service to you.
7. Service availability
We work to keep the service available and performing well, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Service changes
Grace & Sinew is currently provided free of charge during early access. We may introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future. If we do, we will notify you in advance and any paid features will be clearly marked before you are charged.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you materially breach these terms or if your account presents a security or fraud risk. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination your right to use the service ends; we may retain data as described in our Privacy Notice.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is not permitted by law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Grace & Sinew harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the service in breach of these terms, or your violation of applicable law.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will give you reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Grace & Sinew is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
